Rockstar Fan Art Gallery: GTA in a Bottle, 8-Bit Bully, Red Dead: The Board Game and More

The week's gallery of outstanding Rockstar-inspired fan art captures San Andreas' maritime scenery in a bottle, some gender-bending character imaginings from the prolific and talented Grobi-Grafik, an impressively detailed student-made board game based on Red Dead Redemption, plus lots more. Be sure to follow us on Twitter and Instagram, where we feature great fan creations on the regular. As always, if you've got some fantastic fan art or Snapmatics to share, be sure to drop your work in the comments below for the Social Club community to appreciate. Deep Sea Adventures by oathDCR Cleverly melding multiple Snapmatics with a bit of inspired Photoshop work, longtime community member oathDCR magically bottles up the life aquatic of San Andreas. GTA V Fan Art by Matt Slater Australian multimedia designer Matt Slater fashioned this pleasantly kitschy ad campaign for the Karin Futo and Vapid Bullet. Lovely in its simplicity, but don't miss the sweet details to be found here - from their custom tires to their signature decals and stripes. Board Game by Daniel Steel Some impressive planning was put into this original and wonderfully detailed Red Dead Redemption inspired board game made by UK-based design student Daniel Steel. In the board game's design, players move their miniature trains around the circuit of winding plastic train tracks on the board, competing as they land at stops with questions and challenges until the first player reaches the star in the center - which Daniel cites as representing both the winner's star badge and as a very sweet homage to Rockstar that we're honored by.  Lester by Grobi-Grafik Heading back to his roots, ubiquitous fandom artist Grobi-Grafik reminds us of where he started with this awesome gender-bending imagining of Lester, drawn after recently replaying GTAV again. With cane, asthma pump, and up-to-no-good side gaze, Grobi nails one of the best behind-the-scenes criminals around.   Max Payne by Grobi-Grafik “Played it again a few days ago, still the best shootout-porn out there.” Grobi continues his Rockstar replays and this art series with a Ms. Payne who channels not only the gruff protagonist himself but also evokes a bit of Furiosa and Ellen Ripley to boot. wpap Trevor by d32na Desna Ikhsandra aka d32na proudly embraces his native Indonesia's WPAP art movement (Wedha's Pop Art Portrait - as pioneered by famed artist Wedha Abdul Rasyid) and here gives the signature geometric multi-color treatment to Trevor’s familiar, mean mug. Birdie, Jester, Lee, and Lady East by Charlie Dunn Charlie Dunn, AKA @iChazzer on Twitter, marries multiple action-packed Snapmatics with dramatic poses of his Crewmates' GTA Online characters to do the UNIT chaotic justice. Debra by JamesMason0 “A woman who is so narcissistic that she has a giant portrait of herself in her living room.” JamesMason0 recreates one of his favorite GTAV characters in this 3D portrait of hot headed lawyer, Debra. Money and Love by Jackce-Art No romance without finance. Marce Esquivel aka Jackce-Art hooked up fellow DeviantArtist Aaliyah Lloyd aka AgentPrettyBoy with this commissioned piece portraying her original character as the paramour of Los Santos billionaire Devin Weston.   GTA Online: Chrissy by ArtRN French artist ArtRN uses Black Ink and Photoshop to create a very interesting, almost stained glass styled incarnation of their GTA Online character, Chrissy. Jimmy Hopkins from Bully @RockstarGames #pixelart #bully #fanart #RockstarGames pic.twitter.com/vygXSqivdY — Hoyb (@hoybhoyb) July 11, 2016 Back in December, we featured Hoyb’s 8bit style version of Claude Speed. Now that it’s been nearly a decade since Jimmy Hopkins first stomped and skated about Bullworth Academy's campus, Hoyb releases another retro gaming style rendition of a classic character from the Rockstar Games repertory. Dead End Alley by Juan Martinez Directly inspired by 'Dead End Alley' off the Red Dead Redemption Soundtrack, Chicago-based illustrator Juan Martinez painted this dramatic scene of John Marston purposefully approaching a stranger on the frontier. Fan Art Gallery: Art Deco GTA Cars, GTA Online Mask Makeup Efx, A Burger Shot Meal Constructed out of Candy & More

From GTAIV pixel art homages, to a German artist who’s fashioned a Burger Shot value meal out of candy, to a special makeup efx maestro transforming herself into famous GTA Online masks just in time for Halloween – check out this week’s gallery of exceptional fan art. Make sure to follow us on Twitter and Instagram where we feature great fan creations on the regular. And as always, if you've got some fantastic fan art or Snapmatics to share, be sure to drop it in the comments below for the Social Club community to enjoy. "Tornado" (Top), "Race" (Middle) & "Risky Business" (Bottom) by Igor Stepanov Artist and car enthusiast Igor Stepanov just recently joined DeviantArt and posted this trio of original illustrations calling them simply “My first Grand Theft Auto inspired fan art.” The first time is a charm – with a striking and appropriately deco-styled tribute to classic cars from GTAV and more. "Sad" (Top), Albany Buccaneer (Middle) & "Angry" (Bottom) by Mikhail Sharov And now for some vehicle tributes of the photographic kind. Mikhail Sharov is a legit automotive photographer who regularly does real-world photoshoots of all sorts of muscle cars, sedans, bikes and more. And he also pulls double-duty by practicing and flexing his keen lensman abilities as a GTAV photographer of vehicles all over Los Santos and Blaine County. Browse Sharov’s ArtStation and flickr photo galleries to see a seamless combination of both types of vehicle photography where the line between the two gets beautifully blurry. Packed with rich detail and nuance, from the gloomy curtains of rain to smoky, underground dust motes, Sharov captures moments of action and repose with eye-catching gravitas. Don't miss Mikhail's photoshoots of the Enus Windsor, Enus Super Diamond and Coil Voltic as well.  GTAV Online Owl Mask & Pig Mask by MaoMaoz We recently featured make-up artist MaoMaoz' re-creation of the Go Go Space Monkey mask popularized by our friend Lui Calibre. Since then, she’s gone on to make equally impressive and freaky make-up tributes to the Owl Mask and the Pig Mask as favored by Lui’s oft GTA Online playmates Vanoss and Wildcat complete with making-of videos showing you exactly how she brought the GTA Online Owl and Pig mask to life - handy instructionals if you're still trying to work out that perfect costume for next week. A shout out as well to cosplayer and make-up artist JerkyDerpy who has also been experimenting impressively with similar tributes.  "BurgerShot (Candy Menu)" by Toebi-arts German fan Toebi-arts tweeted us this sweet real life re-creation of a Burger Shot Bleeder value meal with all of the 'edible' bits made out of candy plus faithfully replicated packaging. Toebi also shared this second shot of the confectionary creation showing its scale next to the GTAV PS4 game box. "Franklin" by Mikael Wang Smoking tires, duffle bag secured, identity shrouded under a Go Go Space Monkey mask and pistol at the ready - all in a night's work for Franklin as drawn by DeviantArtist Mikael Wang. Set against the busy neon blur of Los Santos, this piece is impressive in all the little details, right down to the SWAT suit's multiple utility pockets, the dented bullet-studded Western Bagger bike, and the cool original GTAV identity up there at the top center.    "Perhaps Here Things Will Be Different" by Pierre Laurent Inspired by the "phrase mythique" from the first trailer for Grand Theft Auto IV, French artist Pierre Laurent has created this fantastic bit of 2-D pixel art depicting Niko's at times strained relationship with the LCPD.  Finally, check out some of the latest and greatest GTA Online character portrait illustrations we've come across: GTAV Online Character Portrait by Grobi-Grafik Commissioned by renowned GTA Online racer LambentBunny in tribute to her character, the prolific Grobi-Grafik's signature style once again hits the accuracy mark, from the white leather jacket right down to the gold hoops and killer attitude.   GTA Online Character by Grobi-Grafik And this one for GTAF All-Stars, Snapography, MAIN and TMGT Crew member Crossed_Sabres has the attention to detail and style we've come to expect from Grobi - with tats and plenty of sass to boot. GTAV - Emma Harding by msdeath666 Mexican artist msdeath666 was commissioned by TimeyLurdJeddur to create fandom art for her OC "Emma Harding". There's an amazing wealth of detail put into Emma's bio culminating in her present situ hustling criminal endeavors alongside Lamar in the streets of L.S. Kudos to msdeath666 for helping bring the character to life.   My GTAV Character by Lonedevil87 DeviantArtist Lonedevil87 aka Scipioni Fabrizio experimented with blending to create the effect of light and shadow in this action-packed shot. His character is clearly battle-tested, fleeing from an explosion with pistol mid-unholster. YouTuber paynexkiller shows he’s a man who appreciates the classics with this stunning tribute to GTAIII’s 8-Ball on his shin. Apparently, this WIP is just the beginning as the final piece will be an epic montage faithful to the original character art including Claude Speed and Misty as well. Trevor Philips GTA 5 by TheIdeaFix We’re not sure that Trevor Philips is the type of gentleman anyone should be emulating – however this next pair of cosplayers pull off tributes that might even make the Sandy Shores psychopath himself blush. Above, TheIdeaFix does up one of his buddies as Trevor, looking ready for things to get messy.   Trevor Philips is making her way into day 2 of Anime Expo! Who else will be there today?! #trevorphilips #tpi #grandtheftauto #gtav #cosplay #videogames #animeexpo @rockstargames @ogg_steven #rockstargames A photo posted by Katrina Fox (@katrinafox) on Jul 3, 2015 at 1:04pm PDT Trevor Philips Cosplay by katrinafox Cosplayer extraordinaire Katrina Fox was directly inspired by the excellent ‘Trevor-Femart’ we shared recently drawn by Grobi-Grafik, saying ‘brb gonna cosplay this asap’. Fast forward about six weeks, and lo and behold Katrina’s rolling up in Anime Expo in LA with T.P.'s signature tats, bruises and bluster on display. She also happened to mention that "Next time I wear this I want the whole squad" so aspiring cosplayers feel free to hit her up to complete the trio. http://thatoggchick.tumblr.com/post/121207844620/when-you-dress-like-your-gta-online-character “When you dress like your GTA Online character.” Self-professed ‘Artist, GamerChick, Nerd and GTAV Fanatic’ thatoggchick has taken a break from her Trevor Philips fandom to dress up as her own GTA Online character IRL with this side-by-side doppelganger selfie set. gta online, monkey mask by MaoMaoz You're going to want to watch MaoMaoz's making-of video for this one to appreciate exactly what went into her make-up transformation from a totally normal looking young lady into a downright freaky real-life incarnation of the GTA Online monkey mask avatar as popularized by our homeboy Lui Calibre.  GTA Online-Character by Grobi-Grafik Grobi-Grafik is really going for it lately, and is back in this roundup with yet another fantastic rendition of a GTA Online community member's character looking straight out of the July page of the Ammu-Nation pin-up calendar rocking the Patriot Beer Hat and an AK-47.   Red Dead by juhoham The humble juhoham captions this one as just a "quick sketch" but the Finnish artist's painting of John Marston has a striking, vintage and almost haunting visual quality to it.   Wade by vampiriism Wade taking a nap whilst snuggled up to a pitiable Mr. Raspberry Jam in this tender bit of original fan art by professed Wade fan ("draws him forever") Victoria aka vampiriism on deviantART.  You're Still Banned Part 1 and 2 by Crowlls Trevor looks a little worse for wear after another bar fight at the Yellow Jack Inn in these stylish sketches by talented fandom artist Crowlls. Max Payne by Iceztiq Awesome dimension and texture here in this "speedy" sketch by Indonesian artist Hendry Roesly aka @Iceztiq, with both the original B&W drawing and the digitally inked full-color. GTA Avatar by Animatche Brazilian figurine sculptor Animatche has recreated his brother's GTA Online character as a gift. More of Animatche's wonderful figurines can be found on his tumblr. Hasta La Vista by Alexia-way Taking inspiration from NODE's Adversary Mode antics, Alexia-way created this action packed animation that really captures Hasta La Vista.   GTA-Fanart by Enderson Santos Brazilian artist Enderson Santos shows that his talents go beyond caricatures of real world people - he can sketch up the trinity with the best of them. . The Lost MC by Pashoto Pashoto's homage to The Lost and Damned is set appropriately outside of the Honkers in Alderney, and would've looked great hanging in the Lost MC's clubhouse. GTA Style Portraits by GoodwinGoodwin DeviantARTist GoodwinGoodwin reps some fierce looking females in these GTA-style portraits. GTA V Online Character-Portrait by Grobi-Grafik Grobi-Grafik's Trevor Femart was such a big hit in our recent round-up that he was commissioned to create this portrait of a community member's GTA Online character.   Grand Theft Auto V Online by keitoz Keitoz AKA Rukkochii pays tribute to her current 'addiction' with this bat slinging badass.   Glory Days by felloliette Felloliette portrays a "young and already very unsatisfied with life Michael Townley" long before he became the self-proclaimed "fat washed up jock who can't get his head around the fact his high school football career didn't play out the way that he planned" in GTAV. Max Payne 3 by superhermit Superhermit AKA Kevin Herrera mimics the style of the Max Payne 3 promotional artwork, with his take on the world-weary, philosophizing enforcer.   Have you seen or created an exceptional bit of fan art or great Snapmatic photo that you'd like to share? GTAV Original Artwork: New Michael, Franklin & Trevor Art Plus Much More Now Available for Download

The brand new artwork of Michael, Franklin and Trevor as well as the flirtatious Vinewood Girl art that appeared this past Friday as part of the release date info update and trailer launch for Grand Theft Auto V on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC – are all now available as digital downloads in our usual wide variety of formats. We’ve also updated the archive of available GTAV digital artwork to include a mother lode of previously unreleased illustrations including a few of the oddballs of Los Santos and Blaine County that appeared in the latest trailer like Maude and Dr. Friedlander – plus a wide range of GTA Online artwork from the past few months as well. Hit up www.rockstargames.com/V/downloads to grab all of the new artwork released as desktops, smartphone and tablet backgrounds, avatars, icons, Twitter and Facebook covers and more.

Original Grand Theft Auto V Artwork: Fame or Shameless

This week's additions to the Grand Theft Auto V original artwork collection prove that there are no limits to what some people will do to achieve wealth and notoriety in Los Santos. Despite an alarming lack of discernible talent, Tracey De Santa does her best to put on a brave face as she auditions cheerfully for the variety show Fame or Shame. By the same token, ignoring any complaints on his highly questionable lending practices and aggressive vehicle repossession policies, Simeon Yetarian stands defiantly in front of his Premium Deluxe Motorsport dealership.    Grab either (or both) in a large variety of downloadable art sizes and formats - including wallpapers and backgrounds for desktop and mobile devices, Facebook Timeline Covers, Twitter Covers, buddy icons and avatars at www.rockstargames.com/V/downloads. We'll have more GTAV artwork releases for you throughout the Winter. Previously Released GTAV Original Artwork: To Have and to Hold | Franklin & Chop on Guard | Friends. And Family | Michael.
