Announcing Max Payne 3 Multiplayer Downloadable Content Details

Today we're happy to announce Max Payne 3 downloadable content plans with a full lineup of multiplayer content planned for release this summer and beyond, starting with the Local Justice Map Pack coming in June. Players will also be able to order the Max Payne 3 Rockstar Pass to get all of the upcoming DLC at a special discounted rate, compared to purchasing each pack individually. Starting today, the Rockstar Pass can be pre-ordered for Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network from Best Buy or GameStop (PSN/XBL) in the United States (or pre-ordered for PSN directly from the PlayStation Store).

The Rockstar Pass grants you access to all upcoming Max Payne 3 DLC and will be available for 2400 Microsoft Points (Xbox LIVE), or $29.99 (PlayStation Network and PC) – over a 35% discount compared to purchasing the content individually. Once purchased, the Rockstar Pass enables gamers to download all DLC releasing through the end of 2012 via the in-game store as soon as it is made available on Xbox LIVE, PlayStation Network, or PC.

The Local Justice Map Pack, coming in June, will include the Police Precinct map for Gang Wars, Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Payne Killer multiplayer modes. The pack will also feature two additional maps for Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Payne Killer, new precinct-themed multiplayer avatar items, multiplayer challenges, and more.

Red Dead Redemption Double and Triple XP for the Holidays

Starting at midnight eastern tonight and running through January 2nd, we're serving up a holiday bounty of Double XP in Red Dead Redemption, where multiplayer activity across all online modes of the game will earn you 2X the multiplayer experience points, including Undead Nightmare and the recently released Game of the Year Edition.

Plus, as an added bonus, we will be dialing it up to 3XP specifically for the holiday weekends of December 24th-25th & December 31st-January 1st. Celebrate Christmas and New Year's this year by doling out buckshots to bandits and the undead alike - frontier justice is always better to give than receive. Enjoy, all.

L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition Now Available for PC

L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition is available today across North America today via retail stores and digital distributors, including Steam, Amazon, Direct2Drive and OnLive (look for it Friday in Europe and Australia).

In addition to the original full game, L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition for PC includes a multi-use code to access all the previously released downloadable content from the original console versions, including the “Nicholson Electroplating” Arson case, the “Reefer Madness” Vice case, “The Consul’s Car” Traffic case, “The Naked City” Vice case and “A Slip of the Tongue” Traffic case.

Developed by Rockstar Leeds, the PC version of L.A. New Artwork in Honor of L.A. Noire PC Release: "A Slip of the Tongue"

To commemorate this week's PC release of L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition, check out some brand new Original Artwork inspired by the "A Slip of the Tongue" Traffic desk case, where a seemingly run-of-the-mill car theft ends up sparking an explosive investigation into the largest auto fraud racket the city has ever seen. "A Slip of the Tongue" was originally offered as an exclusive pre-order case but is now available along with all the other original DLC content fully included as part of The Complete Edition release.

The PC release of L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition is only a couple weeks away (November 8th in North America; November 11th in Europe). Today's new artwork release is based on "The Naked City" case - with the tragic crime scene of a lovely young woman found dead on her bathroom floor - a case originally inspired by the 1948 film noir detective classic of the same name. "The Naked City" and all the other cases originally released as DLC will be included as part of The Complete Edition's multi-disc PC release.

L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition Also Coming for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360

Noire: The Complete Edition, in addition to being made available for PC, is coming to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this November.

Similar to its PC counterpart, L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition on consoles will feature all of the previously released DLC including the “Nicholson Electroplating” Arson case, the “Reefer Madness” Vice case, “The Consul’s Car” Traffic case, “The Naked City” Vice case and “A Slip of the Tongue” Traffic case - as well as the Badge Pursuit Challenge and all weapons and outfits released to date.

Developed by Team Bondi in conjunction with Rockstar Games, L.A. Noire is a crime thriller set in post World War II Los Angeles. As Detective Cole Phelps, players must search for clues, interrogate suspects and chase down criminals to solve a series of cases inspired by real world incidents. As he rises through the ranks of the LAPD, Phelps comes face-to-face with the corrupt heart of Los Angeles: from fallen starlets to double-dealing police officers and the vast reaches of the criminal underworld – and finally, the darkness of his own personal demons.

Look for it on store shelves in North America on November 15th and in Europe & Australia on November 18th.

The Grand Theft Auto III 10-Year Anniversary Collection currently featuring the limited-edition Sideshow Claude Action Figure as announced yesterday. This fully articulated 1:6 scale action figure was created by renowned collectible manufacturer, Sideshow, and is available for pre-order in limited quantities now. You can also order the Grand Theft Auto III 10-Year Anniversary poster set - featuring both the special anniversary edition treatments of the game's original US poster art that introduced GTA's signature cover art aesthetic and also of the European release version montage art. Recap & Screens: Red Dead Redemption Myths & Mavericks Official Social Club Multiplayer Event on Xbox LIVE (September 23)

Thanks to everyone who made it through to our official Red Dead Redemption Myths and Mavericks Bonus Pack multiplayer event help on Friday September 23rd, when we threw down with all the new multiplayer characters and in all the new map locations updated in the free DLC currently available for download - and flipped on some Triple XP all the way throughout to boot.

Joining us in all the action and ensuring an extra hellaciously hilarious session were some friends of ours from the Opie and Anthony radio show - namely Erock, Roland, Cokelogic, Travis, and Danny. If you heard them on the live video stream but were unable to figure out who was who, Danny (GT: HelloExactly) was the most vocal of the group, declaring war on the skilled and elusive ONE posse, represented by ONE CraZyCrack, ONE oODollarsOo and ONE witwicky84, promising tomahawks to the face "every time" and bemoaning the ubiquity of everyone's favorite feline, the cougar. Thanks fellas for coming through - good times.
