First, please make sure to check your junk mail/spam folders and make sure that the registration email has not ended up there. If you cannot locate your original validation email in your junk mail/spam folders you may resend a validation email by clicking this LINK.
IMPORTANT: before resending the validation email please make sure to add NoReply@rockstargames.com to your "safe senders" list on any junk mail/spam filters you may have in place. |

| Why can't I get into the Grand Theft Auto IV section of the Social Club? |
In order to gain entry into the Grand Theft Auto IV area, you need to:
(a) be logged in with a registered and activated Social Club account,
(b) have your Social Club account linked with your PLAYSTATION®Network Sign-In ID or Xbox LIVE™ Gamertag,
(c) have played Grand Theft Auto IV on a network-enabled console that is signed in to PLAYSTATION®Network or Xbox LIVE™ so that your gameplay data has been submitted to the Social Club, and
(d) meet the ESRB age requirements for the game.
Please note that there may be a delay between the time your connected PLAYSTATION®3 or Xbox 360™ console submits data and when the Social Club receives it. |

| The Rockstar Games Social Club is designed as a members-only destination for players of Rockstar titles to gather and see where they stand relative to their friends and the rest of the club. The Rockstar Games Social Club is also a space specifically designed for members to take part in exclusive competitions and other special events. If you are looking for message boards and chat rooms to discuss Rockstar titles with others, there is a vast wealth of dedicated Rockstar and Grand Theft Auto fan destinations online. |

| Why aren’t all the areas of the Rockstar Games Social Club available to me when I login? |
| Certain areas of the Rockstar Games Social Club will only be available to Social Club members who have played the game. Some areas are only unlocked once you have completed certain tasks, so keep playing. If you need a hint on what to do you can always mouse over each area to get a short description. |

| What is the ZiT Player functionality? |
| When playing Grand Theft Auto IV, if you hear a song that you are interested, all you have to do is dial ZiT-555-0100 on your in-game mobile phone and a text message well be sent to you with the artist name and the title of the song you were just listening to. The next time you login here at the Rockstar Games Social Club, you will find 30-second previews of all the songs you have ZiT’ed while playing the game. |

Everyone will be expected to follow official contest rules and be on the up-and-up. Cheaters, if you think it's cheating, it probably is. |
